Rob is a Managing Director of United Capital of Las Vegas. A native of Las Vegas, Rob focuses his practice on providing strategic solutions in the areas of investments, education funding, risk management, private wealth counseling, tax strategies, estate planning and executive benefits. Rob’s qualifications to advise his clients in their pursuit of financial independence include a combination of education and experience. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance and 15 years experience in building several successful financial services businesses and a loyal client following. Rob is also a Certified Family Business Specialist, an Accredited Estate Planner, and a founding member of Wealth Counsel Advisors Forum.
"Financial planning is a relationship business," says Rob, "and I enjoy working closely with my clients to try to help safeguard the financial futures of their families and businesses. It is easy to procrastinate when it comes to financial planning, but keep in mind, time wasted is impossible to recover. Although ever client's situation is unique, each one shares the common need to accumulate wealth, provide for a rewarding retirement, attempt to guard against unforesen misfortune and liability, and plan for the tax efficient distribution of their legacy. In order for businesses to recruit and retain top executives and qualified employees, they must provide appropriate incentives and comprehensive benefit programs. I also focus on trying to create peace of mind for employers by crafting business continuation and risk management plans to ensure that the operation of their company can endure even the loss of a significant employee.:

Andre Sears

Andre is a native of Las Vegas and has spent most of his professional career in business development. Andre brings more than ten years of expertise to United Capital. Prior to joining the team of professionals at United Capital of Las Vegas, he served as Vice President of Business Development for a local bank.
Andre's strong commitment to give back to his community is demonstrated through his volunteer activities. Mr. Sears currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Southern Nevada Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) where he is "Relentless in finding a cure...". In 2008 and 2009, Mr. Sears served as Corporate Walk Chairman for the Southern Nevada Light the Night Walk for the LLS.
Andre lives in Las Vegas with his wife Maria and has two sons. He is an occasional golfer who enjoys travel, weight training and spending time with his family.
Suzanne Youles

As a Relationship Manager, Suzanne works as a liaison between clients and Rob to ensure that the details of each client's plan are implemented as they desire. She has a BA in Economics from San Francisco State University and has completed advanced graduate studies classes in management at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Her industry experience includes working in sales and operations for Merrill Lynch and at Wells Fargo Securities as an Assistant Vice President responsible for customer service and operations in San Francisco. Suzanne also has held the position of Business Manager and CFO of Maul Capital Management and Financial & Operations Principal at broker/dealer MCM Financial Corp. in Las Vegas.
Suzanne spent 13 years in England where she was a business analyst for the Arts Council of Great Britain. She later started a successful children’s clothing catalogue importing innovative clothing and products from the United States.
Ms. Youles is passionate about education and is involved with the In-2-Books reading program. She is also a Volunteer Income Tax preparer for the Voluunteer Center of Southern Nevada. She has a daughter and son, both away at college.
Suzanne is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, a member of the Financial Planning Association and holds a series 7, 63, 65, 28 and life insurance license.
Erik Allison

As a Relationship Manager, Erik works as a liaison between clients and Rob to ensure that the details of each client’s plan are implemented as they desire. His past experience with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Investment Advisors International has provided him with the background and knowledge of our industry and how to help our clients reach their financial goals.
Erik moved to Las Vegas from Missouri in 2005 to be near family. He is an avid golfer with a USGA handicap index of +1.8. Erik also enjoys photography and working with youth and charitable organizations.
Erik holds a Series 7, 63, 65 and Nevada life license.
Joyce Burns

As Practice Manager at United Capital of Las Vegas, Joyce is responsible for day-to-day operations of the office, including work flow, business planning and recordkeeping.
Joyce worked for Union Central Life Insurance Company in Cincinnati for 30 years. She held diverse positions but primarily in the Accounting and Marketing Departments. She was Treasurer for the Union Central Community Involvement Council, which planned fund raising events for employees. She was involved in the Fine Arts Funds and Junior Achievement. She was also a member of the UC Women's Golf League.
She and her husband relocated to Las Vegas in November 2000. Joyce started working for Maul Capital Management in December 2000 where she held various positions including New Business, Operations and Office Manager. She was instrumental in the merger with United Capital in late 2008.
Joyce was born and raised in Ohio. She comes from a large family, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Joyce and her husband have two children and three grandsons. They enjoy hiking and riding bicycles. Joyce is an Ohio State Buckeye and Green Bay Packers fan and is an avid reader.
Jennifer Southworth

Jennifer Southworth has been at United Capital of Las Vegas since it was first established. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2007. Her primary duties as the Client Service Manager include the processing of all new business as well as assisting clients with any changes to their accounts or with any issues that may arise.
Prior to joining the United Capital team, Jen interned with Rob Davenport, who is now the Managing Director of United Capital of Las Vegas. Upon completing her degree, Jen was offered a full-time position with Mr. Davenport and has worked closely with him for the past three years.
Jennifer spent much of her childhood in her native country of Venezuela before migrating to Las Vegas with her family at the age of nine. Jen has retained her ability to speak and read in Spanish and still maintains a close relationship with many family members in South America.
In her spare time, Jen enjoys reading, traveling, scrapbooking and spending time with her husband and their cat. She is an active member of a book club and a local church. She enjoys giving back to the community as demonstrated by her continuous work with contributions towards charitable organizations, including Goodwill of Southern Nevada and Dress for Success.
Jen has a positive personality, is highly organized and is devoted to excellence with the ultimate goal of assisting individuals and families with their financial goals. She looks forward to meeting and assisting new clients who join the United Capital of Las Vegas family.

Prior to joining United Capital of Las Vegas, formerly Maul Capital Management and The Davenport Group, Vicki's experience encompasses a variety of roles, including ten years in the real estate industry allowing her to leverage her wealth of knowledge in client services, social networking and marketing, highly developed administrative aptitude and extensive computer skills.
As Administrative Manager, Vicki is the gateway to office operations - and ensures a unique, warm, welcoming atmosphere and promotes an exceptional high quality experience for all our clients and vendors.
Vicki also manages all aspects of the marketing plan and budget as well as the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. She coordinates and oversees company events, public relations, and community affairs along with website maintenance, ensuring a seamless flow of media communication.
A native Cheesehead from Wisconsin and avid Green Bay Packers fan, Vicki lives in Las Vegas with her husband, Brett and daughter, Olivia. She is dedicated to her community working with various charities including Opportunity Village, Goodwill of Southern Nevada and Pantry Pals. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, hiking, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends.
